RECYCLE AND LOWER COST

Concrete recycling is an increasingly common method of recycling unwanted concrete that normally is trucked to landfills for disposal. The concrete industry culture prevents the process from going full circle. We recycle demolished or renovated concrete structures, utilizing the rubble as the dry aggregate for brand new concrete. Taking the recycling process full cycle drastically lowers costs by allowing flexibility with scheduling, and lowering material cost.

Innovation is not always about doing something new… but it is always about doing something better. My company had to go to Europe to get a small portable concrete crusher. We remove and replace old concrete driveways in Metro Atlanta; we are the first people to use this process in the entire USA. Crusher to make aggregate…. aggregate plus cement equals concrete,. no brainier right. I have only been in this business a short time after being a graphic consultant for over forty years. We are not talking rocket science here. Those machines cost millions and are huge, right, I said. I want something small. They would not entertain the thought. The Concrete industry, same thing, the reason concrete is so expensive is because cement cost so much. All going to China…. Not. The gas and dump fees…Well they are high but not the reason concrete is $100.00 per yard after everything is added. The real reason is the industry model is wrong. I hade to go out of the country to get a fast cycle concrete mixer that was small. Cutting my cost in half... lowering my price to customers 30 per cent... Recycling...Hiring 10 employees...Where would you place me.
